How accurate are the predictions?
Predictions are estimates based on available corridor data, transfer patterns, and user confirmations. Accuracy can improve as more transfers are confirmed.
Can you guarantee when my transfer will arrive?
No. TrackMyWire provides estimates only. Actual transfer times can vary because of banks, intermediary banks, compliance checks, weekends, holidays, and currency conversion delays.
Why is my international transfer delayed?
Delays can happen because of intermediary banks, compliance checks, incorrect details, bank cut-off times, weekends, public holidays, or foreign exchange processing.
What are intermediary banks?
Intermediary banks help route money between the sending and receiving banks. They can add processing time and may deduct additional fees.
Why are international transfer fees hard to predict?
Fees can come from the sending bank, receiving bank, intermediary banks, and currency conversion. Some fees are only visible after the transfer has completed.
Why do you ask users to confirm transfers?
Confirmations help improve future estimates. When users confirm when a transfer arrived and how much was received, TrackMyWire can learn from real outcomes.
How long do I have to confirm a transfer?
Confirmations close 21 days after tracking. This keeps the data fresh and reduces stale or unreliable confirmations.
Can I use TrackMyWire for free?
Yes. Free users can track one active transfer at a time. Confirming your active transfer unlocks your next free track.
What does TrackMyWire Pro include?
Pro includes unlimited active transfer tracking and access to your full transfer history.
Is TrackMyWire affiliated with any bank?
No. TrackMyWire is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any bank, payment network, or financial institution.
What information do you store?
TrackMyWire stores the transfer details you enter, account email information when you sign in, and confirmation data you submit. We do not store bank login details.
