Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrackMyWire (“Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with TrackMyWire (“Company”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

TrackMyWire provides data-driven analytical insights and predictive assessments relating to financial transactions, including wire transfers. These outputs are generated using structured data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithmic systems designed to identify patterns and probabilities based on available data inputs.

The Service delivers probabilistic, data-informed assessments—not guarantees, determinations, or assurances of outcomes.

The Service does not constitute financial, legal, compliance, or investment advice.

You expressly acknowledge and agree:

• Outputs are informational and analytical in nature
• You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service
• You will not rely on the Service as the sole or primary basis for decision-making

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Input false, misleading, or unauthorized data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the system

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Paid features may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., LemonSqueezy). All payment obligations are binding and non-refundable except where required by law.

TrackMyWire is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors or failures.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including algorithms, models, design, and content—remain exclusively owned by TrackMyWire.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

The Service may rely on external data sources, APIs, or infrastructure providers. TrackMyWire makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party inputs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKMYWIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUTS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TRACKMYWIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
• THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOSS OF FUNDS, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRACKMYWIRE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrackMyWire and its affiliates, officers, owners, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your reliance on outputs
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any data you submit or process through the Service

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and timeliness of input data
• External factors beyond TrackMyWire’s control may affect outcomes
• The Service does not detect or prevent all risks or anomalies

TrackMyWire may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected misuse.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

TrackMyWire may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
