Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrackMyWire website and service (the “Service”). In these Terms, “TrackMyWire”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operated under the TrackMyWire name. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TrackMyWire provides data-driven, informational and analytical tools relating to international bank transfers and payment planning. Depending on the feature, outputs may include estimated delivery timing, worst-case arrival, fees, expected received amount, intermediary-bank likelihood, and related analytical information.

All outputs are estimates, probabilities or analytical assessments based on available information. They are not guarantees; live SWIFT, bank or payment-network tracking; confirmations from a bank; assurances that a transfer will arrive; bank-account information; or payment execution. TrackMyWire does not send, receive, hold, route, process or control your funds.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, compliance or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for independently verifying information with the relevant bank, payment provider, professional adviser or other appropriate source where financial consequences are material. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for a financial, legal, compliance or business-critical decision.

Transfer outcomes can be affected by bank and correspondent-bank processing, weekends and holidays, compliance or security reviews, payment instructions, fees, FX movements, third-party data, network or infrastructure failures, and incomplete or incorrect inputs. Past data or performance does not guarantee any particular outcome. Outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or become outdated.

We are not responsible for the conduct, processing decisions, availability or data of banks, correspondent banks, payment networks, external FX or data sources, infrastructure providers, email providers, payment processors or other third parties, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Some features require an account and email magic-link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and for activity that occurs through your account or an authorised magic link. Notify us promptly if you believe your account access has been compromised.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, complete, current, lawfully obtained and provided with the required authority. Do not submit bank-account credentials, payment-card information, PINs, passwords, security codes or other unnecessary sensitive banking credentials. You retain rights in information you provide, but grant us the limited right to use it to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, process your request, and generate analytics and outputs, in each case as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively; submit false, misleading or unauthorised data; circumvent usage limits or security controls; interfere with the Service; scrape or automate access without permission; reverse engineer the Service except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law; or infringe another person’s rights.

Free use may be subject to limits shown in the Service. We may apply reasonable account, session, anonymous-identity and other abuse-prevention controls to enforce those limits and prevent circumvention.

A Tracking Credit is a one-off product entitlement for one additional eligible Track transaction or use. It is not a Pro subscription and does not provide Pro history or features. Purchases require authentication and are processed through Paystack. A credit is granted only after we verify payment.

A successful credit purchase grants the applicable product entitlement only. It does not guarantee a prediction result, Service availability or a transfer outcome, and use remains subject to these Terms.

TrackMyWire may offer Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions. Subscription prices, taxes and billing terms are shown at checkout or in the Service. Where applicable, subscriptions renew on a recurring basis unless cancelled through the available Paystack subscription-management process or as otherwise instructed in the Service. Access generally continues for the paid subscription period, subject to payment status, these Terms and applicable law.

Payments are processed by Paystack or another payment provider made available to you. We are not responsible for independent processor failures, delays or outages beyond what applicable law requires, and this does not limit our own obligations. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension or loss of paid access. We may change subscription prices prospectively with appropriate notice where required.

Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the refund or cancellation terms presented at checkout or in the Service and to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory refund or cooling-off rights where they apply.

The Service, including its software, models, algorithms, content, design, trademarks and branding, is owned by TrackMyWire or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service. No other rights are granted.

We may improve, modify or discontinue features, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, third-party failures or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will not remove a paid entitlement in a manner that disregards applicable law or your mandatory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any particular transfer, fee, FX, intermediary or delivery outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMyWire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or business interruption, or losses arising from reliance on outputs, transfer delays or losses caused by banks or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMyWire’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to TrackMyWire for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify and hold TrackMyWire harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Service, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through information you submit. This does not require you to indemnify TrackMyWire for its own negligence, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud or misuse, circumvention of limits, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. We may also discontinue the Service on reasonable notice where practicable, subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights relating to paid access.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, privacy or other law.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact support@trackmywire.com first so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. This does not prevent you from using statutory, regulatory, court or other dispute-resolution options available under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdictional protections that apply in the place where you live or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last Updated” date. Where appropriate, we may give additional notice of material changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law; your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
